Worst hotel staff Don't know how to speak and behave with customer. Service/facility is very poor. Worst condition I have seen in my whole life. Never advice to go

Such a fab stay on vacation. Low cost hotel in a pretty nice area close enough to patong beach also many restaurants and convenience stores, city center and the nightlife and restaurants.

The air conditioning struggled continuously, lift out of order requiring heavy luggage carry, communication issues due to language barrier!!!

It is a budget hotel. No view. But consider cheap in phuket. Roof top small swimming pool with good view.

The room was really smelly from the toilet. We request to change room but the hotel was fully booked. Can't stand the smell.

Room was spacious and cleaned daily, which I appreciate. The rooftop pool was a lekker spot to chill after exploring. The staff were super friendly, always smiling and keen to help with any questions.

The brekkie was just okay, not much to write home about.

Spacious room, good water pressure, in-room drinks and snacks are reasonably prices and good wifi all around.

Quite a distance from the main attraction (bangla rd) and the main beach area. Given room emits a foul smell from piping (probably) but requested to change room the next day which was obliged.No in room slippers.

I like it new, clean and away from the noisy/busy patong activities yet walking distance from it, around 20 minutes. Very near (3 min walk) to beach though is at the end of the patong beach. Enjoy also the rooftop swimming pool that over-looking the patong beach/sea, beautiful scene. No complain for this hotel with this price. We enjoy it.

A few quirks marred the experience, like the inconsistent air conditioning, leaving the room feeling a bit warmer than ideal. The bathroom could use some TLC, as there were reports of leaking toilets and maintenance issues that weren't promptly addressed. The limited access due to having only one room key for a group made logistics a hassle at times.

7Q is an ideal location far enough away from the noise of Patong Bay at night(1 Km away). For a walkable Couple it's very good. However, if you have Kids and/or OAP's perhaps not a good idea. As 7q is new and the Staff are very helpful, I will for sure stay again in this very nice Hotel.

Every thing was perfect location was not bad waking to banglas street 15 min. And any where else 5 min.

No thing bad when I back to phuket I back to this hotel
